Our Almonds are bought in from California, USA, our Chocolate is Belgian and our Double Cream is French – these components all blend together to make some of the most smooth-tongued Macarons you will come across made with the Italian Method with a fabulous Italian Meringue. We make our own fabulous home-spun fruit purees, hand-crafted caramels and lots more all combined together to make a couple of morsel of beauteousness.
